Eric founded Wireless Real Estate Partners (WREP) with a desire to provide professional guidance to telecommunication landlords and clients.

Eric is an entrepreneur and leader of WREP and he has actively been involved in the telecommunications and real estate industries for two decades. During this time he has personally represented hundreds of building owners and has audited, reviewed, and negotiated thousands of wireless carrier leases nationwide. Over this time, Eric has developed an extensive business network in wireless and traditional real estate that has afforded him and his clients success across multiple fronts.

Eric has represented municipalities, universities, dioceses, REITs and several of the largest institutional ownership groups globally. Eric has significant experience working with and representing the largest commercial real estate management companies like CBRE, Cushman Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle, and has been an invited keynote speaker and educator to these groups nationwide. Prior to assisting these larger institutional types of clients, Eric had a decade of experience in wireless asset buyouts, new site leasing, modifications, tower development, and has learned the telecommunications business from the inside out. It was Eric’s extensive experience working on the other side of the table for equity funds, leasing vendors, and tower developers, that provided him the opportunity and ability to take his expertise to representing property owners directly.
As CEO, he is responsible for all business activity nationwide and focuses on developing relationships with clients in support of this niche mobile industry. Eric oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations which specializes in representing commercial owners and managers to audit the wireless equipment on their (or their clients’) rooftops, analyze how the equipment correlates to the language in the lease contract, and renegotiate and renew leases with the carriers. WREP increases lease revenues, ensures its client’s interests are protected and is a resource to owners and managers for all types of telecom rooftop antenna and tower transactions in markets nationwide. Eric and his partners have worked hard to create a positive and collaborative culture and is proud of WREP’s culture and works every day to ensure lives its core values of working with honesty, integrity, dependability, and loyalty.
Eric is an accomplished growth-focused business executive with strong leadership expertise to drive substantial revenue growth in highly competitive business markets. His strengths include the ability to analyze issues, devise continuous process improvements, and incorporate initiatives to increase efficiency, streamline operations, and decrease overall operating cost with minimal resources. Eric is adept at managing top-line revenue growth and developing direct business partnerships and relationships.

Prior to embarking on his corporate career, Eric honorably served five years in the US Air Force and attended Sierra College and the University of San Francisco focusing on business administration. He now resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife and young son spending as much time as he can outside playing at the park and the beach.
